Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari arrived in Lahore on Saturday evening. He was taken to Bilawal House soon after his arrival where he held marathon meetings with party leadership from Punjab and Lahore city to finalize arrangements for the February 5 public rally at Mochi Gate.
The PPP is all set to mark February 5, the Kashmir Day, to express solidarity with Kashmiri people in their struggle for independence. Meanwhile, the PPP has also decided to make it an occasion to show its public support to its political opponents. Earlier, the PPP had succeeded in showing its power in January 17 public rally of joint opposition under Dr Tahirul Qadri.
