SEOUL: The South Korean won fell early on Tuesday on news that ratings agency Moody’s downgraded its credit outlooks on six European countries, including France and the United Kingdom, hitting investor sentiment.
The won was quoted at 1,123.6 against the dollar at 0025 GMT, compared to Monday's domestic close at 1,121.9.
March futures on three-year treasury bonds were up 0.06 points at 104.23.
