PIA has now implemented a Human Resources Management reward and recognition programme to show appreciation of extraordinary work by employees in providing better services to the airline customers and working extra with high efficiency for the betterment of the airline. A programme was held at PIA Lahore Office to appreciate the performance of Cabin Crew in providing best services to the airline passengers.
Speaking at the occasion, Chief Operating Officer PIA Zia Qadir Qureshi said that cabin crew were an asset of the airline and were the frontline representatives of the airline both in Pakistan as well as abroad. He congratulated the airline's cabin crew members and emphasised on the need to continue with the same zeal and enthusiasm which he said were bringing in positive results for the airline. Under the reward and recognition programme, all employees of the airline working in various departments will now be rewarded for their work.-PR
