EUROPEAN STOCKS SET TO SLIDE (0632 GMT)
European shares are expected to fall at the start of a busy week for markets with the Brexit "Meaningful Vote" tomorrow and an ECB meeting looming.
Global stocks extended their slump, with U.S. equity futures and Asian shares sliding on worries over slowing growth and fears that a fresh flare-up in tensions between Washington and Beijing could quash chances of a trade deal.
Also on the event calendar this week are the European Council and Euro Summit.
Spreadbetters at IG expect London's FTSE to open 59 points lower at 6,719, Frankfurt's DAX to open 138 points lower at 10,650 and Paris' CAC to open 53 points lower at 4,760.
