The Centre for Excellence in Islamic Finance, Institute of Management Sciences (CEIF IMSciences) and Learning & Development Division of Bank Alfalah Limited (BAL) have conducted a rigorous training on "Assessing Institutional Performance of Microfinance Industry." The training was conducted by Dr Zahoor Khan, Assistant Professor of economics at IMSciences.
The training session was attended by senior management, researchers and faculty members from various institutions, including Bank Alfalah Islamic, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), Muslim Aid, BRAC Pakistan, The Bank of Khyber, International Islamic University Islamabad, Pakistan Institute of Development Economics and Foundation University Islamabad.
The training was part of the CEIF IMSciences and Bank Alfalah overall efforts to integrate research, education, and best industry practices for the capacity development of human resource in the financial industry.
