Provincial Minister Industries Commerce & Trade Sheikh Alauddin has said that Sundar Expo 2018, which is one of the largest industrial exhibitions in the province this year, would promote industrialization and growth across all manufacturing sectors.
He expressed these views while speaking at the inaugural ceremony of Sundar Expo as chief guest here on Wednesday. President Board of Management of Sundar Industrial Estate Asif Ali Tipu, Chairman Punjab Industrial Development and Management Company Abdul Basit and other officials attended the ceremony.
The Minister said the SIE is the flagship project of the Punjab government which would promote B2B culture. The Punjab government is going to announce industrial policy which is in its final phase.
Speaking on the occasion, President Asif Ali Tipu applauded the provincial government's initiatives for development of industries. He briefed the minister that 100 different stalls have been set up in the exhibition and entire SIE will perform his proactive role to promote local industry.
