The JUI-F Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chapter Wednesday said the party has constituted joint investigative committees at central and provincial levels to probe into the results of the Senate polls, political alliances and other affairs of the party. The decision was taken in the meeting of the Provincial Executive Committee held here with Provincial Ameer, Maulana Gul Naseeb Khan in the chair. Those who attended the meeting included Maulana Shuja-ul-Mulk, Mufti Kifayatullah, Maulana Atta-ul-Haq Darwaish, Ishaq Zahid, Maulana Rafiullah Qasmi, Maulana Rahat Hussain, Abdul Jalil Jan, Maulana Ainuddin Shakir, Maulana Aziz Ahmad, Maulana Fazal Mabood and Abdul Waheed Marwat.
The meeting discussed the results of the recent Senate polls and ensuing political situation that erupted after it. The meeting after consultations on the proposals for constitution of central and provincial levels joint investigative committee decided that the joint panel of the party will investigate the results of the Senate polls, alliance with political parties and other matters.
The meeting also reviewed prevailing national political situation and newly conducted delimitations and decided that a joint meeting of the Provincial Shura and Ameers will be held in the Provincial Secretariat on March 18 at 10 AM.
