Chief Executive Officer of Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) said on Tuesday the Company has finalised arrangements to receive online applications for new connections from 15th March. He said the arrangements have been made in line with the instructions from the Ministry of Power.
He said instructions have been extended to the Superintendent Engineers to receive online connection applications, followed by promulgation of all the relevant information, including demand notice and meter installation, through the website of the Company. He said LESCO believes in the up-gradation of consumer services by all possible means. Meanwhile, the system irritants have been removed to ensure smooth power supply to consumers during the upcoming summer season.
