A 22-member reap delegation left for Mauritius. Delegation includes officials from Punjab Agriculture Department and Department of Plant Protection. Delegation will conclude standards of Pakistani rice with Mauritius Standard Bureau. A Biryani festival will be arranged to promote Pak basmati.
Delegation will meet Min of Commerce Mauritius, State Trading Corporation Mauritius, Mauritius Standard Bureau, Chamber of Commerce Mauritius and leading Rice Importers. Delegation is led by Ch Samee Ullah Chairman Reap with Ch Shafeeq with renowned basmati exporters.
