The Superintending Engineer Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) Muhammad Irfan Memon has informed that Hesco will form a coordination committee with representation of Hyderabad Chamber of Small Traders and Small Industry (HCSTSI) in order to resolve the issues and complaints of business and trade community of Hyderabad.
Speaking as a chief guest at a reception hosted in his honour by the HCTSI at its secretariat, here on Tuesday, he informed that because of arrival of summer season, the Hesco management had changed the schedule of loadshedding and all out efforts are being made to overcome the issues of fault in supply system so that the consumers could get smooth supply of electricity.
Talking about delay in removal of faults of electric installations, he said newly appointed technicians have been replaced with the experienced who have been retired from services which causing delay in overcoming the faults in time. He however assured that these newly appointed technicians will gain the required experience soon.
He assured that no unannounced loadshedding will be carried out in future and uninterrupted power supply will be ensured in summer season particularly in the month of Ramzan-ul-Mubarak so that customers particularly business community could not face any inconvenience.
