General Secretary ANP, Mian Iftikhar Hussain on Monday said that those who had sold votes in Senate polls have been identified and the PTI chief (Kaptan) had received proofs and now they are waiting that what kind of action would be taken against those who had sold out their conscious and rights of the people.
He expressed these views while addressing a function held here at Backha Khan Markaz in connections with the death anniversary of the renowned Pashto language poet, writer, researcher, philosopher and late nationalist politician, Khan Abdul Ghani.
ANP stalwarts including Afrasiab Khattak, provincial deputy secretary general, Aimal Wali Khan and other leaders and workers attended the ceremony at large. Mashaal Khan, the grand-grand son of Ghani Khan was the chief guest on the occasion.
Mian Iftikhar Hussain paid rich tributes to late Ghani Khan and said that besides a poet, writer and philosopher, he was also an outstanding politician and his name will be remembered till last day of the world.
