The Lahore High Court reserved its verdict on maintainability of a petition filed one Azhar Abbas seeking removal of pictures of Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif from Speedo busses. The petitioner challenging the act of the Punjab government contended that politicians are advertising themselves with the public money.
He pleaded that the personal advertisement is being made rather than spending amount on health, education and other sectors to facilitate the people. He prayed the court to direct the concerned authorities to remove the pictures of CM Shahbaz Sharif from said buses.
