Lahore High Court Justice Aminuddin Khan here Wednesday directed the office to consolidate all petitions pertaining the possible arrest of Jamatud Dawa (JuD) chief Hafiz Saeed allegedly on the behest of United States and Indian.
Earlier law officers representing the federal and provincial governments sought time to submit replies and court accordingly allowed further time till April. The counsel of petitioner Hafiz Muhammad Saeed alleged that the government wanted to arrest Hafiz Saeed on the pressure of America and India.
