Captain Marvel Brie Larson talks about her absence from ‘Avengers: End Game’ trailer
The end-credits of ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ saw Nick Fury signal to someone before he turned into dust, that call was for Captain Marvel. However, fans have been wondering that how the first official trailer of the movie doesn’t have any appearance from her.
Brie Larson who will be seen playing the role of Captain Marvel has commented on her absence in the trailer for ‘Avengers: Endgame’. “Where is she? I wonder where she is. Hmmm, we might have to wait and find out,” she said while talking to TNT Brazil.
Larson’s character Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel will join the Avengers’ fight against Thanos in Avengers Endgame. But before that, she will star in her standalone movie, titled ‘Captain Marvel’. She will be first female-led superhero movie in the MCU. The character has been called the strongest superhero yet in the universe by Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige.
As established by the Captain Marvel trailer, the movie will see Carol Danvers return to Earth after spending a great deal of time in space. She'll be searching for her real identity and will, presumably, learn who she is and what she's truly capable of. The movie is her origin story, so by the time ‘Avengers: Endgame’ rolls out, she will be a fully established hero.
Some theories also suggests that she will save Tony Stark aka Iron Man from space.
