Provincial Minister HR&MA Khalil Tahir Sandhu has expressed deep sense of sorrow and grief over the death of Pakistan hockey legend Mansoor Ahmed. In a condolence message, the Minister prayed that may Allah Almighty rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage and strength to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss with fortitude.
He paid rich tribute to the Pakistan's hockey World Cup winner, legendary goalkeeper, who was the hero of the 1994 hockey World Cup. Mansoor had represented Pakistan in 338 international hockey games between 1986 and 2000.
