Former student activist of PPP Mutabar Khan Uthmankhel submits application for party ticket from NA-8, Malakand with the Central Secretariat.
Mutabar Khan is a former general secretary of PSF, Government Degree College, Dargai. Talking to media at Uthmankhel House, Dargari he said that if issued party ticket, he will fully represent the people of Malakand. He said that PPP is the party of poor and labourers and has prepared strategy for their unity.
