Director General Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Punjab Usman Anwar has said that official web complaint portal is being further improved and upgraded to make it more user friendly. By further streamlining the web portal and complaint registration mechanism, issues of Overseas Pakistanis would be solved in a swift and efficient manner.
Usman Anwar said that since its inception, OPC has exhibited exceptional performance in resolution of issues of expatriates and more than 60% of the received complaints have been resolved amicably so far.
