Former Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan Thursday sharply reacted to remarks attributed to him by PML-N President Shahbaz Sharif and expressed surprise over the statement against him. The estranged PML-N leader, through a statement, responded to Shahbaz's remarks who had dubbed him as "immature" for his alleged "childlike behavior who could be appeased time and again."
"Childlike behavior is what party leadership is exhibiting," Nisar said and also advised Shahbaz Sharif to avoid discussing events that had happened 30 years ago. He expressed shock over the remarks by PML-N president against him, adding: "Shahbaz Sharif does not know how to differentiate between childlike and mature behavior."
He further said that Shahbaz Sharif's inability to do anything regarding the behavior of his party's leadership could be termed as non-serious behavior, adding the party president is unable to invest his energies to get out of the difficult situation.
