The business community of Faisalabad is fully cognizant of its corporate social responsibilities (CSR) and under taking this job with planned and systematic way could yield much better result in addition to eradicate poverty from the country. These views were expressed by Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FCCI) president Shabbir Hussain Chawla. He was addressing the annual installation ceremony of Nexus Lions Club Faisalabad.
He said it is privilege for the city that Faisalabad based club has been declared best club of the country; in this connection he particularly appreciated the services of Nexus Lions Club president Farooq Yousaf who is also holding the office of FCCI senior vice president.
He said Farooq Yousaf is a philanthropist par excellence. He has been sparing his precious time and money to help out the poor segments of the society.
"It is yet another privilege that he has been undertaking the philanthropic work in a well organized manner to get maximum and positive results", he said and added that it is only due to the commitment of Mr. Farooq Yousaf that Nexus Lions Club has been declared best club of the country.
Shabbir Hussain Chawla also congratulated the new president of the Nexus Lions Club Malik Manzoor and hoped that he will keep up the standards and distinction achieved by the outgoing President Farooq Yousaf.
The other office bearers of club also appreciated the untiring and sincere efforts of Mr. Farooq Yousaf who is always remained busy to mitigate the sufferings of the downtrodden.
