Pakistan will submit its reply to International Court of Justice (ICJ) at The Hague tomorrow (July 17) in the case of Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav. Diplomatic sources said that Dr Fareha Bugti, Director India at South Asia Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will submit Pakistan's reply to the ICJ on Tuesday.
On Thursday last, Foreign Office spokesperson Dr Mohammad Faisal told his weekly media briefing that Pakistan has prepared its reply and will be submitted to the ICJ on July 17. Jadhav, a serving Indian navy officer and working for RAW, was arrested by Pakistani security agencies on March 24, 2016 from Balochistan. On April 10, Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa confirmed his death sentence awarded by Field General Court Martial (FGCM). India, however, approached the ICJ against the FGCM judgment.
