Most anticipated smartphones of 2019

2018 has been a great year for smartphones where we got to see amazing phones from Galaxy 9 flagship to new iPhones and Pixel phones, all incorporating new technologies.

Along with new phones, we also witnessed prototypes of few devices such as Samsung’s foldable phone. However, with 2019 just round the corner, we have got more advanced smartphones to come with more new technologies. Here is a list of some of the most anticipated phones of 2019.

Samsung Galaxy S10 series, Galaxy Note 10

Samsung’s phones are obviously much waited for with many rumors suggesting how the devices would be. Expected to release in Spring 2019, it is rumored that there will be three versions of the Galaxy S10 flagship. Also, the smallest of the three might have flat display rather than a curved one. The phones will reportedly have three rear cameras, two front cameras and with in-display fingerprint sensor.

Galaxy Note 10, on the other hand, is expected to be released in September 2019 featuring better camera, better battery and new S Pen tricks.

Apple’s 2019 iPhones

Similar to Samsung, the year is incomplete without Apple and its new iPhones. It is expected that the 2019 iPhones, most likely to release in September, will continue their dual rear cameras, but it is still too early to tell what Apple plans to name these iPhones.

Samsung Galaxy F (foldable phone)

Samsung showed a prototype of its foldable phone, supposedly called the Galaxy F, this year and the phone might just release in the first half of next year. The Galaxy F is expected to contain a 7.3-inch display when unfolded as a tablet, and a 4.6-inch display when folded as a smartphone. It is also expected to feature a hefty price tag.

Google Pixel 3 Lite, Pixel 4, Pixel 4 XL

This year Google released its Pixel 3 and 3 XL, and it is rumored that next year Google will release its Pixel 3 Lite, which is expected to be a mid-range, low-cost phone. The phone is expected to have 4GB RAM with 32GB storage, 12.2MP rear camera, and Android Pie.

Google is also expected to release its successor to Pixel 3 – the Pixel 4 and 4XL next year in October, as per Phone Arena.

Huawei P30, P30 Pro, Mate 30, Mate 30 Pro

Huawei made some headlines this year with its amazing phone releases including a phone with hole-in-display. However, it is also all set to make headlines in 2019 with many of its phones including P30 and P30 Pro. It is expected that these phones will also feature a hole-in-display selfie camera with triple rear cameras.

As of for the Mate 30 series, not much is known about the devices, but are expected to be top-tier phones.

OnePlus 7, 7T, OnePlus 5G phone

If rumors are to be believed, 2019 will also give us new OnePlus phones, probably the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7T. There is not much known about the phones yet, but it won’t be a 5G one as OnePlus is expected to release a separate 5G phone next year too.
