Pakistan Stock Exchange has informed all the listed companies and issuers of listed securities that the necessary amendments have been made in Form-5 and Form-8 of the Corresponding Manual of the Exchange, which is available in legal framework section of PSX website. The listed companies can now transmit their Annual/Quarterly Reports to PSX in an electronic form through Pakistan Unified Corporate Action
Reporting System (PUCARS) with effect from August 01, 2018. The maximum size of PDF document to be attached should not exceed 15MB. It is further notified that the listed companies will remain obliged to submit 15 hard copies each of Annual and Quarterly Reports to the Exchange for internal purposes within 5 working days after placement of Annual/Quarterly Reports on PSX website www.psx.com.pk.
