Regional Board Meeting (RBM) of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa held here with Director General (DG) NAB KP, Farmanullah Khan in the chair. The meeting was attended by Directors, Deputy Prosecutor General (DPGA), Case Officers, and other concerned Investigation Officers. Several important decisions were taken in the Regional Board Meeting.
The board authorized an inquiry against owners of Khushal Gardens, Nowshera regarding corruption and corrupt practice. The subjects are alleged to have cheated public on the pretext of fake housing scheme namely Khushal Gardens Nowshera.
The board also authorized another inquiry against officers/officials of Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) Peshawar regarding corruption and corrupt practices.
The subjects are alleged to have illegally awarded contract of development of surrounding areas of Ring Road from Pajjagi to Warsak Road Peshawar to their blue-eyed contractors.
