Murad Ali Shah took his oath as Sindh Chief Minister on Saturday. It is his second consecutive term as CM of the province. Sindh Assembly Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani administered oath to Murad Shah in the absence of a provincial governor. Pakistan Peoples Party chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, party's MNAs and MPAs, diplomats, and representatives of the business community attended the ceremony.
Murad was elected as the chief minister on Thursday by the Sindh Assembly. The CM has called a high-level meeting today (Sunday) to discuss law and order situation, street crimes and particularly security arrangements for Eid-ul-Azha, congregations and sacrificial animals hides collection, etc.
