The Directorate of Training and Research (Customs), Islamabad organized a series of training under Customs Agents Rules 99 at Model Customs Collectorate, Peshawar. The trainings begum from August 27 continued till September 1, 2018.
During trainings the clearing agents were imparted training regarding Customs Rules 2001, Import & Export Policy & Documentations, concessional SROs for manufacturing industries, trade agreements e.g. SAPTA, SAFTA, FTA with China, one customs and clearance procedure under WeBOC. A large number of the members of Frontier Customs Agents Group (FCAG) participated in the training.
Speaking on the occasion, President, FCAG, Zia-ul-Haq Sarhadi expressed gratitude to Collector Customs, Peshawar Dr Saeed Jadoon, Director General (DG), Directorate of Training & Research (Customs), Mohammad Javed Ghani Additional Director, Azood-ul-Mehdi and other higher authorities of Pakistan Customs for arranging the trainings.
