Russia's finance ministry will see daily inflows of foreign currency increase in September, but that will have a limited impact on the currency market, a Reuters survey showed on Tuesday and The finance ministry will get 18.5 billion roubles ($271.20 million)worth of foreign currency a day between September 7 and October 4, a survey of seven analysts and economists showed.
In the preceding period, from August 7 to September 6, the finance ministry had expected to receive around 16.7 billion roubles a day worth of foreign currency. Actual FX buying can vary from day to day depending on market conditions. The bulk of the funds the finance ministry will get over the next month is likely to be channelled from the central bank's FX reserves and will not be purchased on the open market, the survey showed.
