The Met Office on Thursday forecast mainly a hot and dry weather for the country in the next 24 hours. It said that isolated rain-thundershower is likely to fall in Malakand Division during evening and night hours on Friday. "Continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country," it said.
Maximum temperature in the country was recorded in Sibbi as 41 degrees Celsius. Weather in Karachi is expected to remain partly cloudy with temperature ranging up to 35 degrees Celsius on Sunday with 75 percent humidity.
