The Wildlife & Parks Department Punjab arrested on Tuesday 14 people involved in illegal netting of quail and falcon and hunting without license. The raiding teams arrested these people from Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura and Nankana Sahib. Hunted birds and equipment used in hunting was also recovered from their possession. The teams also recovered a collective sum of Rs 118,000 from the accused as departmental fine.
