Hrithik’s father Rakesh Roshan to undergo surgery today for his throat cancer
Revealing that his father, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, has been diagnosed with early stage throat cancer, actor Hrithik Roshan has said that his father will undergo surgery today and will fight cancer in full spirit.
Not just that, Rakesh even hit the gym this morning before he going to the sugery today. Hrithik even shared a picture of themselves after the workout flashing their muscles. “Asked my dad for a picture this morning. Knew he wouldn’t miss gym on surgery day. He is probably the strongest man I know,” Hrithik wrote.
Rakesh started his career as an actor in 1970 film ‘Ghar Ghar Ki Kahani’, and went on to direct films such as ‘Khoon Bhari Maang’, ‘King Uncle’, ‘Koyala’ and ‘Karan Arjun’. He also launched his son Hrithik in 2000 film ‘Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai’.
Currently, the father-son duo is working on ‘Krrish 4’, the fourth installment of ‘Krrish’ series.
