LONDON: The differential for Russian medium sour Urals fell in Northwest Europe on Tuesday after a window offer.
* In the window, Trafigura offered a cargo of Urals at dated Brent minus 5 cents cif Rotterdam loading Jan. 29 to Feb. 2.
* Urals in the Mediterranean is currently 75 cents a barrel stronger as two-week shipping delays due to bad weather in the Turkish straits tightened the market.
* Azerbaijan's SOCAR issued its February loading programme for its key grade, Azeri Light, showing a loading rate of 698,200 barrels per day, down slightly from January.
