Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Justice (Retd) Javed Iqbal has suspended additional director Muhammad Rafi over handcuffing the former Vice Chancellor of Punjab University. According to the details, NAB chairman Justice (Retd) Javed Iqbal on Wednesday visited the NAB Lahore office and suspended the case officer over producing the academic in handcuff before the court.
He took strict notice of the issue and ordered to form a new investigation team to probe the issue. Justice (Retd) Javed Iqbal also wrote a letter to IG Punjab to suspend ASI Mukhtar Ahmed.
