Leaving behind an inerasable trail of many a colourful memory, the four-day Sindhi Film Festival concluded at SU Institute of Sindhology on a festive note; as one saw a highly euphoric and exhilarating concert with lead vocalists bringing it to a dramatic finish with a classy finesse.
A befitting closing ceremony with VC-SU as its Chief Guest was organised at the institute premises. Noted intellectuals Shoukat Shoro, Nasir Mirza, film director Ghulam Hyder Siddiqui and others were the guests of honour at this eve.
SU vice chancellor, congratulating all involved, and especially the institute squad led by director Dr Ishaq Samejo said that shortly SU will start department of film studies at the campus. Paying rich tribute to the excellence and accomplishments of film director Ghulam Hyder Siddiqu, Dr Burfat announced establishment of corner in his name at the gallery of prominent personalities in the institute museum.
