All Pakistan Flour Mills Association (APFMA) has demanded of the customs department and authorities concerned to remove hurdles on return of goods carriages from Afghanistan. The demand was made during a meeting chaired by APFMA Central Chairman, Naeem Butt at APFMA Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chapter here on Friday.
The meeting was attended by APFMA Peshawar division chairman, Haji Mohammad Tariq, senior vice chairman along with executive members. The meeting has demanded of the customs collector, IG FC and officials of other relevant authorities to take prompt measures to remove impediments before goods vehicles on their return from neighbouring Afghanistan. He said the traders are being inflicted huge financial losses and spoiling export goods due to delay in arrival of carriages from Afghanistan.
