Hamid Khan led Professional Group on Wednesday won Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) Elections 2018-19. According to unofficial results, Amanullah Kanrani, a Hamid Khan group supported candidate for the President won the election by securing 1092 votes. Whereas, Ali Ahmed Kurd having support of Asma group remained runner up and could get only 950 votes.
For the seat of General Secretary, Azmatullah Chuadhry won the election by getting 1092 votes, whereas 873 votes were boxed to Shamim-ur-Rehman Malik. Moreover, Mehmood Ahmed Sheikh, remained winning candidate for the seat of Finance Secretary by securing 1088 votes and Ali Ahmed Rana could get only 890 votes.
