Chief Justice of Pakistan disposed of application of an overseas Pakistani Mahmood Ashraf as district administration has recovered his land from Mansha alias Bam and advised him to approach the civil court for its possession. Earlier, Lahore Deputy Commissioner Saleh Saeed on Saturday told the Supreme Court that a camp had been established to receive public complaints against land grabber Mansha alias Bam and as many as 15 people submitted applications and the same has been scrutinized for further action.
The LDA counsel also told the court that all the plots of the applicant Mahmood Ashraf had been recovered from the possession of Mansha Bam. However, he said the owner of land needed to move a civil court for the possession as the authority did not regulate the plots in question.
