ANP's secretary general, Mian Iftikhar Hussain has said that the situation in the world is changing fast and in this connection we should change policies and end all kind of differences to take indiscriminate action against all terrorists and their facilitators. He expressed these views while addressing a function held in memory of the martyrs of Army Public School (APS) here on Sunday.
Mian Iftikhar stressed that Pakistan and Afghanistan should not allow the use of their land against each other and carry joint operation against terrorists. He said that December 16 is the blackest day in the history of Pakistan and on this day we should have to reaffirm commitment that all stakeholders will join hands for the abolition of terrorism and play their role for the restoration of durable peace.
He said that banned outfits are still active in the country and now they are registering themselves with different names and participating in the national politics with the sole aim of access to parliament to occupy it. The veteran politician paid tributes to the martyrs of APS and said that ANP is standing beside the parents of the martyred children and will not leave them alone in any circumstances.
