The Swiss investor sentiment rose to -22.2 points in December, Credit Suisse, which issues the indicator in cooperation with the CFA Society Switzerland, said on Thursday. A large number of the survey respondents expected a first rate hike by the Swiss National Bank before the end of 2019, the report said. "While expectations for the euro area are virtually unchanged, the survey respondents now see marginally better prospects for China and are a little more cautious on the economic trend in the US," it added.
