Punjab Senior Minister Abdul Aleem Khan has said that 2018 was the year of shunting out corrupt leaders while 2019 will bring a real change and prosperity in the country. He expressed these views during his visit to Punjab Institute of Cardiology here on Monday. On the occasion, he visited different sections of Punjab Institute of Cardiology and enquired about the health of patients and wished them a prosperous year of 2019.
He also met children undergoing treatment and distributed New Year gifts among them. He said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has made a history by coming into power after defeating two traditional parties; he is a symbol of hope for the nation.
He also said that PTI government has completed its homework in first 100 days and now rapid development will take place. He pointed out that there is ample room to bring changes in different sectors and masses will also contribute in the national cause.
He claimed that the PM has a clear vision on national issues and he will not compromise it at any cost. "The work will continue for accountability and we will start special initiatives soon for jobs creation," he added. He called upon young generation to come forward and play their role in making 2019 a year of change for Pakistan.
