The Punjab Governor Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar on Friday said the government in consultation with the business community is formulating policies aimed at promotion of industrial activities which will help overcome unemployment.
"The government is focusing on ease of doing business and ensuring conducive business environment," the governor said while talking to different delegations, here at Governor's House.
The governor disclosed that foreign investors including those from Sikh community are ready for investment in Pakistan. He said the PTI government is pursuing business friendly policies, which will help increase the country's exports.
Chaudhry Sarwar said, "There is across the board accountability; PM Imran and others at helm of affairs present themselves for accountability." He further said the government is attaching priority to provide basic amenities of life to the people. He said the government is also formulating long-term policy for provision of clean drinking water.
