The country''s total liquid foreign reserves increased by $82 million during the last week. According to State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the total liquid foreign exchange reserves held by the country stood at $14.885 billion as on 1 February 2019 compared to $14.803 billion as on 25 January 2019.
During the week under review, the SBP reserves increased by $38 million to $8.193 billion up from $8.154 billion. Similarly, reserves held by the banks also surged by $44.4 million to $6.693 billion end of last week.
