With the growing prevalence of technologically advanced solutions in banking industry, BankIslami breaks through the industry with introduction of "One Touch Banking", which is a complete Biometric solution enables the customers to carry out all transactions by just an impression of thumb.
BankIslami unveiled its technologically advanced One Touch Banking solution at a ceremony held in Karachi. The ceremony was attended by Syed Amir Ali President & CEO of BankIslami, Moin Khan the Brand Ambassador of BankIslami and bank's top management.
BankIslami, for the first time in Pakistan has introduced One Touch Banking where customer can avail all banking services by his thumbs. On the occasion, Syed Amir Ali President & CEO of the bank informed that One Touch Banking is envisioned to be a robust mechanism for safe, secure and swift transactions with the aim to ensure seamless customer experience through the ambits of convenience because now customer always have his bank with him; that is thumb.
This facility enables the bank's customers to carry out any transaction be it Cash Withdrawal, Interbank funds transfer, Pay order issuance, Utility bills payment, Mobile Top up or Dormant Account activation by using thumb impression, without needing an ATM card or cheque book, he added.
"We have always endeavored to provide superior value to our customers and we are confident that this time again our comprehensively designed biometric solution will serve its core purpose and make banking easier for our customers like never before," he said.
Amir informed that BankIslami has been the pioneer of biometric banking solution since its inception for which it has also been awarded as the "Most Innovative Banking Solution Provider in Pakistan" by International Finance Magazine. The Bank will continue to focus on technological transformation by exploring new horizons to serve its customers better, he added.
