In a recent development to acquire centralized monitoring and complaint resolution system in Balochistan Police, Inspector General of Police Balochistan Mohsin Hassan Butt instructed provincial top-cops to liaise with their Punjab counterparts to emulate the PUCAR-15 model in the province. To seal the deal Chief Operating Officer Punjab Safe Cities Authority Akbar Nasir Khan visited Quetta Safe City Project and had an appraisal meeting with Capital City Police Officer Abdul Razzaq Cheema with roadmap to be finalized through MoU between provincial leadership shortly after.
The Police Unified Communication and Response System was recently announced by IGP, Punjab Amjad Javed Saleemi as the most significant transformation in modern policing ensuring comprehensive complaint monitoring and resolution system, following turn-around time and escalation matrix, involving SPs, DPOs, RPOs and the IGP himself.
PSCA will extend full technical support and dispense trainings through dedicated resources for standard processes in both provinces following the directions of both IGPs, said Spokesperson PSCA. We will help Balochistan Police develop its provincial monitoring and complaint management systems within two months as aspired by IGP, Balochistan, he added.
