A roof of house of local leader of Jamat-e-Islami (JI) caved in due to torrential rain here in Sadu Khel area of Landi Kotal on Sunday, however no casualty was occurred. JI leader Zernoor Afridi while confirming the incident said that his family members were present in one room of his residency when roof of the room suddenly fell down on the heads of women and children, buried them under the debris. But luckily no human loss was occurred and only three children got slightly injure.
One room and precious commodities present in the room were completely destroyed while two rooms were partially damaged in the natural calamity, the affected family told. Soon after the happen the neighbors rushed to the site and retrieved the injured of the mud and shifted them to nearest health center where their condition was stated to be stabled.
