International cricket seems to have made a comeback. The successful conclusion of HBL PSL-4 says it all. It is therefore good to know that all PSL matches of its next edition will be played only in Pakistan. The ISPR chief Maj-Gen Asif Ghafoor has announced that future PSL matches would be held also in Miranshah, the tribal city retrieved by the forces from the control of Taliban, and Azad Kashmir capital, Muzaffarabad, which is not very far from the Line of Control (LoC). In other words, the present situation has generated a lot of enthusiasm and optimism among us.
The civilian and military leadership are, however, required to ensure the peaceful conditions that have been obtaining in the country are protected and preserved at all costs. Insofar as India or its bgelligerence is concerned, it has been given a bloody nose.
