Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf's MNA Ghazala Saifi has stressed the need for creating awareness among women regarding existing business opportunities in the country. "A policy paper will be prepared on women entrepreneurship with input of the businesswomen," she said, discussing women entrepreneurship's future at a meeting with Korangi Association of Trade and Industry. She assured KATI meeting that she would convey and advocate such efforts at the decision-making level of her party's government and in the parliament as well.
Ghazala Saifi said that well-aware and educated women with economic potential and role in business may impact society, largely.
She emphasised that businessman community should work together to provide technical and training assistance to women entrepreneurship.
KATI senior vice president Faraz-ur-Rehman said that women have a significant role in economic prosperity of the country. He noted a lot of opportunities for women, specially, in SME sector.
He assured that KATI would provide maximum assistance to the women entrepreneurs.
KATI vice president Maheen Salman said it is time to find innovative solution instead of just debating problems, vaguely.
Zubair Chhaya said that expectations from PTI government were so high and those should be considered seriously in economic policy-making.
Abdul Haseeb Khan was of the view that reform process initially brought some difficulties but situation would soon be stabilised.
He also urged to establish a mechanism to provide technical assistance and training to women entrepreneurs.
