President of Pakistan Muslim League (PML-Q) Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain rejected the rumors of contact with PML-Nawaz leader Shahbaz Sharif. Former prime minister and PML-Q leader said this, talking to the media in London. He said neither he contacted any PML-N leader nor is there a chance of any such contact.
"Prime Minister Imran Khan is facing critical situation and we will help him eradicate poverty and inflation," he said. Ch Shujaat said there was no truth in the news that claimed he accepted an offer by PML-N to forget past differences and begin working together onwards.
"Nawaz Sharif paid no heed to my advice to keep a distance from flatterers upon becoming Prime Minister. I also advised him not to become arrogant but he didn't act on any advice," he said, answering a question. Shujaat suggested that Sharifs must act on his advice prior to any offer of reconciliation.
