Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has directed its field formations that Company Registration Offices shall open from Monday to Friday from 9:00am till 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 5:00pm for business transactions with general public, except on public holidays.
According to a circular issued here on Saturday by the SECP, in exercise of the power conferred by section 510 of the Companies Act, 2017 (XIX of 2017) read with sub-regulation (3) of regulation 3 of Companies (Registration Offices) Regulations, 2018, the SECP has directed that the Company Registration Offices shall, with the exception of the public holidays, from Monday to Friday, be open for transaction of business with the public, from 9:00am to 1:00pm and from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.
