Japan has lauded Pakistan's contributions for conflict prevention in the region. Kuniori Matsuda, incoming Ambassador of Japan to Pakistan, said this during his meeting with Chief of Army Staff (CoAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at General Headquarters (GHQ) on Friday.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), matters of mutual interest including regional security issues were discussed during the meeting. General Bajwa and Matsuda noted the exceptional mutual relations between both countries and pledged to further improve the same. The visiting dignitary also acknowledged and appreciated Pakistan's contributions for conflict prevention in the region.
