Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) on Friday accused PTI government of accepting anti-people conditions of International Monetary Fund (IMF) due to its alleged incompetence. PML-N Spokesperson Marriyam Aurangzeb, in a statement, also questioned the government for taking Rs 16 billion loans on daily basis, adding that the growth rate has come down to a record low 2.5 percent in past nine months which is the lowest rate in last nine years.
"The Prime Minister should have told the nation as to how many loans his government is currently taking on daily basis. On the other hand, the government is agreeing with the IMF on the anti-people conditions," she added. She further alleged that Prime Minister Khan decided to replace his team with the IMF's team. "The Prime Minister should also tell the nation that he lacks competent persons in his team to negotiate with the IMF on the conditions better for the people of Pakistan," the PML-N spokesperson further stated.
