Sindh Building Control Authority has introduced the most modern facility with the support of Government of Sindh and World Bank. By using the technology of Single Window Facility general public can now have construction permits, project verification, and solution of ownership matters on single click. This automated computerized system can equally benefit all of us. The entire procedure of SBCA now comes online so that time and considerable amount will be saved for good cause.
We are providing significant level of transparency and accountability via this system which will allow all the stakeholders, builders and developers and general public to come forward and easily invest, sale and purchase in the construction industry. Starting up a new business is a daunting task and one of the toughest things in the past was getting construction permits but thanks to this technological advancement we are out of all this hassle. As custodians of the built environment of this province our priority is to follow world standards regarding the construction industry.
